AUTOBIOGRAPHY

Mira is a dynamic and accomplished professional in the performing arts, with an extensive background in performance, choreography, dance instruction, and creative producing. She began her dance journey at age four at Al Sarab Dance School under Dr. Nadra Assaf, where she trained in the Martha Graham Contemporary technique. Over 18 years, she evolved from a student to an instructor, earning a Dance Certificate and Teaching Certificate, and taught Hip-Hop and Modern classes for young students. She choreographed a notable piece in the show I Matter, showcased at Mono Theatre.

Furthering her dance training at Steps Performing Arts Studio, Mira specialized in Broadway Jazz and Ballet and starred in musicals such as Another Night on Broadway and Furr the Love of Broadway at Casino du Liban, as well as Majnoun Leila, the first Lebanese Broadway show directed by Roy Elkhouri. 

Her work expanded into dance for music videos, commercials, and live performances across the Middle East, collaborating with renowned choreographers like Hadi Awada, Phillip Chbeeb. and Hani Abaza, and performing alongside A class stars like Maya Diab and Haifa Wehbe. Her dedication to learning led her to intensive workshops, including an immersive Heels program with Yannis Marshall and Masterclasses at Millennium Dance Complex in Los Angeles.

Alongside her dance career, Mira holds an Agricultural Engineering Diploma from Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK). Due to Lebanon's economic challenges, she moved to Egypt in 2021 to focus on her dance career, eventually relocating to London, where she completed a Master’s in Creative Producing from the University of Kent. 

This blend of academic and practical experience has been instrumental in her work as Assistant Company Manager and Stage Manager for CHICAGO Arabia, Production Manager for The Devil's Doorbell tour, and in assistant directing and stage management roles for notable London productions, including work at the Royal Court and the West End's Vaudeville Theatre.

Mira’s career is marked by her versatility and dedication to artistic excellence. Whether leading a stage management team, choreographing, or mentoring future talent, she brings a proactive, detail-oriented approach to every project. Her passion and commitment continue to shape her contributions to the world of theatre and live entertainment, where she remains a respected and influential figure.
